Justine Dobbin was employed at the Kedron Wavell RSL Services Club Inc for a period of 2yrs. Justine was employed after the club completed a multimillion dollar catering redevelopment in the roll of Catering Manager/Executive Chef.
When looking for the right candidate we sourced applicants from all areas of food operations across the country with more than 50 applicants applying for the position.

Within 12 months Justine had increased the volume of meals served to as well as the turnover to over $4,000,000.00 per annum but most importantly had all outlets operating at a profit.
